Our UK move services are very easy to use. We collect from your door and deliver to your destination, within pre-arranged times windows (dependent upon area), so you are free to plan your day. We provide insurance of up to £100 per box. UK move services are provided at no extra cost with storage bookings.
Here's how our UK move service works:
Use the booking form on the right to select UK move and your collection date and delivery dates.
Choose how many moving boxes of each size you would like to use. Feel free to order up to one more than you think you need - you do not have to pay to move boxes you do not need. We only ask you to contribute to the cost of unused boxes by paying £2.40 for each unused box.
If you booked boxes, they will arrive at your collection address on the date you asked us to deliver them.
Pack and label your boxes according to our packing guide. Your labels will be available online via your account.
You will be assigned a time window (dependent upon area) for collection, leaving you free to plan the rest of your day. Your boxes need to be ready for collection at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your collection window.
Your boxes will be moved and delivered on the next working day via our network. In extreme cases, such as shipping from Scotland to Cornwall, delivery can take two working days. The moving service is fully trackable.
Your boxes will be delivered to you and you will be asked to sign for your belongings when you receive them.
