'Thanks God you exist. You are truly professionals, and work rapidly under any condition. The only thing that may need to be worked on is the time that you give for pick up. The pick up may happen between 9am to 5pm, this is 8 hours where I must remain at home because of the unknown time that may come the person to pick up the boxes. If you could at least say that the pick up will be in the morning or in the afternoon, it will allow me to go out in the morning or in the afternoon. Nevertheless, I am grateful for your services, thank you very much. '
